TicketsArabia.com Online Ticket Purchase Policy

The following policies apply to your purchase of tickets through TicketsArabia.com and are subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference. Our aim is to make your purchase as smooth and secure as possible, ensuring you get to your event with zero hassle. Every ticket purchased is a revocable license to attend a particular event and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined on the ticket itself or by the venue or event promoter.

Currency

All ticket prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Transactions are processed in QAR. If you’re purchasing from outside Qatar, your bank may charge you additional fees or currency conversion costs.

Payment Methods

TicketsArabia.com accepts valid Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as local Qatari payment gateways (such as NAPS and QPay) for online purchases. International cards may be subject to additional fees by your bank or provider.

Pricing & Availability

TicketsArabia.com acts as an authorized ticketing partner or distributor for event organizers in Qatar. Ticket prices, seating arrangements, and inventory are set and controlled by event promoters. High-demand events may sell out quickly. Additional ticket batches may be released at the promoter’s discretion. TicketsArabia.com does not control ticket release schedules or allocations.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your Order Number and e-tickets
  • A 10-minute window to complete your online payment. If not completed, your order will be canceled
  • If you don’t receive the confirmation, check your spam/junk folder. To avoid delivery issues, add our email address to your safe sender list

Your e-ticket contains a unique QR code. This is your access pass—protect it as you would cash.

Ticket Limits

A maximum number of tickets per person or transaction may apply. These limits are enforced to ensure fair access and prevent scalping. Orders exceeding limits may be subject to verification or cancellation. We may contact you for additional details, such as ID verification.

Opening Acts

Opening performers or guests may vary or change without notice. TicketsArabia.com is not responsible for such changes, and no refunds are issued due to modifications in supporting acts.

Seat Allocations

If an event includes seat selection, you can choose your seats at checkout. Seating is subject to availability and event-specific policies.

Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

All ticket purchases are final.
No exchanges or refunds are allowed unless:

  • The event is canceled or rescheduled by the promoter

Please double-check event details and ticket selections before completing payment. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.

By purchasing, you agree not to dispute charges unless an event is officially canceled. Attempting chargebacks without valid grounds may result in account suspension and ticket cancellation.

Canceled or Postponed Events

If an event is canceled:

  • Refunds for online purchases will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
  • For in-store purchases, return to the TicketsArabia.com official collection point with the original ticket and valid ID.

Processing times vary. Refunds apply only to the ticket value; service fees and bank charges are non-refundable.

TicketsArabia.com is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred due to canceled or postponed events.

Errors & Corrections

If a ticket is sold at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund or require payment of the price difference.

Multiple Browsers

Use only one browser window to make your purchase. Multiple sessions may result in order failure.

Promoter Terms

Each event promoter may enforce their own policies. Typical conditions include:

  • Refusal of admission for disruptive behavior or policy violations
  • No video/audio recording without permission
  • Bag and ID checks at entry
  • Age restrictions apply (QID may be required)

Ticket Authenticity & Re-Sale

Only tickets purchased via TicketsArabia.com or its official sales points are guaranteed valid. We do not support or guarantee third-party resellers. The first scan of a ticket’s QR code grants access—duplicates will be denied.

Do not post your ticket QR code on social media.

Unauthorized resale or use of tickets for promotions or contests without written approval is strictly prohibited.
